Each production phase, in the vineyard and in the cellar, plays a fundamental role, which is why wine is essentially a balance between natural factors and human commitment.
Hazelnuts
Hazelnut represent the 2% of global production, but it is recognized as the best quality existing in the market becouse of it’s intense aroma and it’s persisent taste.
Who we are
After almost 30 years, Cadia is still a family-run winery. Bruno, the owner with his wife Mariella are the first generation. Their daughter Noemi is following their path with the same passion and love.
